Vår förening omfattar ättlingar till de två bröderna Friedrich och Otto von Arnold, söner till Reinhold som övertog godsen Türpshal och Kurtna i nordöstra Estland.
Otto sålde Kurtna och flyttade på 1880-talet till Sverige, äldre brodern Johann Friedrich sålde stax därefter Türpshal och flyttade även han med familjen till Sverige något år senare.

Our association of Arnolds are descendants of the two brothers Friedrich and Otto von Arnold who came from Estonia to Sweden in the 1880's.
They both sold their estates (inherited from their father Reinhold, and Grandfather Johann Friedrich): Türpsal and Kurtna in northern Estonia and moved with their families to Sweden soon after.

von Arnold, Dahlström, Egerström, Gunterberg, von Heine, Lautmann, Lidholm och Myrsten med fler.
Other branches of the same Arnold family exists in Russia (Moscow, Samara) and the USA. They are all descendants of Gustav von Arnold, younger brother of Reinhold (father of the two brothers who left Estonia). Gustav died at Türpshal and his decsendants emigrated, and has since grown to 100+, to Russia. The siblings Boris and Antonina however, went on via China to the US early in 20th Century. Boris family still lives in the US, Antonina had no children.
